Steps This Week

To keep in shape, I monitor my steps everyday.  I encourage you to do the same.  Here are health benefits as well to walk the stairs which I do in my office:

  • Helps control weight and builds muscle tone.
  • Saves up to 15 mins a day and cuts carbon.
  • Easy to build into your life and make a habit of.
