Drift Into Sleep
I am now also listening to sessions on the app called drift into sleep: www.yourbraintap.com when I get in bed. There are other session types as well. They have an optional headphone set that uses light too. Extremely interesting technology.

Costco is now offering it's members self service Nitrogen for car tires. This is a smart move by Costco, because this took away a lot of time from the employees and makes it a better experience fort the members. Not sure if all locations are offering this, but check with your location.

Computer Glasses
I have been wearing computer glasses now for a while to help with the blue light from the computer monitor and the blue light. I am really impressed with these glasses after 1.5 days of using them. I don't find I need to take them off.
