Ostrum declined a three-movie contract to become a veterinarian and says he looks back fondly on the experience, especially his mentor‑like bond with Gene Wilder. Even now, he considers himself lucky to have been part of that timeless story.

At Miami International Airport, TSA agents recently intercepted a woman attempting to board a flight with not one—but two live turtles hidden in her bra, wrapped in medical tape and plastic 🌵. The odd behavior triggered the body's imaging scanner, prompting officers to ask her to remove the concealed reptiles from her chest area.

This isn’t a first—earlier in March 2025, a man concealed another turtle in his pants at Newark Liberty International, wrapped in a towel, only to be caught during a pat-down. In each case, the passengers missed their flights and the animals were handed over to animal control and wildlife authorities
